This transportable robot rotary finishing cell comprises a 6 axis robot, integrated two position rotary table, high frequency drill attachment as end effector, an extraction system, tool checkpoint and HMI.

Shower tray backskins are automatically drilled on one table whilst finished skins are unloaded and new ones placed on the other tray.

This is all contained in a safety frame with light-guard and mounted on a transportable chassis.
